The World AIDS Day was observed by organising various programmes in camps, Thursday.
Bhutanese refugees marked 24th world AIDS day in all camps by conducting various programs such as drama, dances, songs etc organized by Caritas Nepal,Youth Friendly Center (YFC).
For the awareness the same team conducted programs in all refugee schools. As per the source, main theme is ‘GETTING TO ZERO’.
December 1 is observed as the World AIDS Day worldwide to raise awareness about AIDS pandemic caused by the spread of the HIV infection.
